Price and Payment

How do you calculate your prices?

We want to offer high-quality Swiss products at a fair price. Our small team sells directly via our webshop, without intermediaries. Therefore saving costs of importers, distributors or wholesalers, neither do we rent expensive retail space. We spend a minimum of money on marketing. All these cost savings are passed on directly to you.

We proudly design, develop and produce in Switzerland. This has its price, but like this we can ensure high quality and keep transport routes between subcontractors and the producer low.


How can I pay ?

Beisik Products accepts payments by prepayment, credit card and PostFinance. 

Prepayment

After the order has been completed, you will receive the account details with the order confirmation. Please note that when paying with advance payment, we will send the goods only after receipt of the payment.

Warranty

What is the warranty?

If, during the warranty period, material or production errors do occur, Serenito grants to replace the goods with goods of equal value or refund the purchase price in the form of credits. All other warranty rights are denied.


How long is the warranty granted?

The voluntary warranty is granted for a period of two years. The warranty is valid only for the benefit of the original purchaser. If the product is passed on from the original owner to another person, the aforementioned warranty becomes obsolete.


Delivery & Shipment

How does Beisik Products ship its products ?

Beisik Products ships through Swiss Post. 


How long does it take for my order to arrive ?

It usually takes one to two business days for shipments within Switzerland. Shipments to European countries usually arrive within seven days. If it takes longer, please get in touch with us.


Faulty Products

I unpacked my Beisik Products order and something is missing / not working / during the shipping something broke. And now? 

If the product fails or contents are missing, please contact us immediately. 


Returns

The shipping arrived. What can I do if I do not like the ordered product ?

If you do not like the ordered product, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. Send us an e-mail, package the product as received (unused) and send it back to us. Once the returned product reaches us, we will refund the purchase price. Used products are not covered by the warranty. An already used product, however, we can not take back, unfortunately.
